Every order is packed by hand and arrives in our SOL ALLURE jewellery box and gift bag – ready to wear or ready to give.
- Dispatch: within 1–2 working days
- Ireland: 1–3 working days
- UK & EU: 4–7 working days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 working days

Returns & exchanges 💌
Changed your mind? Wrong ring size? Chain not quite the right length? No stress. You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange your piece.
- Pieces must be unworn, in their original condition, with the box and gift bag.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned unless they arrive faulty.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
How to start a return: email us at solallurejewellery@gmail.com with your order number and the piece you'd like to return or swap. We'll reply within 1–2 working days with everything you need.
Return postage is covered by you, unless the piece arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item – then it's on us, of course. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the piece.

If your piece arrives damaged or something doesn't feel right, email us within 14 days with your order number, a photo and a quick description. We'll look into it personally and make it right – that's a promise.
